Conner Canters completed his master's degree in private law at Erasmus University in Rotterdam in the summer of 2024. After the summer, he started working as a lawyer at Lexys Advocaten where he also gained work experience during his studies. Conners was sworn in as a lawyer in December 2024.

As an attorney, Conner practices civil law. In addition to contract law and general contract law, Conner focuses on real estate law, including the rental law, construction law and VvE Law.
