Real Estate Law
The attorneys at Lexys Lawyers deal with all facets of real estate law. The term real estate law is not found in the law. It is an umbrella term for the various laws and regulations that deal with land, stones and rights in rem.
Real estate law includes, for example, disputes over purchase and sale of real estate, hidden defects and non-conformity, disputes with or about Owners associations, construction law and rental law.
In addition, real estate law can include inheritance boundary disputes or acquisitive prescription and discharging prescription. Business rights such as the right of superficies, right of leasehold and easements are also included. So do contractual obligations over real estate. Consider the right of first refusal, the purchase option, a chain clause or qualitative rights and obligations.
