Sometimes a debtor with a dunning and summons into payment. In that case, collection proceedings in court are necessary. There are several options for this as well: for example, conducting a proceedings on the merits, a summary debt collection or sending a writ of summons. Such a procedure ends in a judgment stating what the debtor must pay and when. If voluntary payment is not made even after a judgment, it can be executed. The bailiff is then sent out to try to batter lay. 

Foreign judgment or enforcement abroad by debt collection lawyer
